07 Premium can use either;
Single Port Zyxel P-660R Compact includes pre-configuration & delivery (comes with microfilter FOC) at a one off cost of £43.99.
OR
4 Port Wireless Billion BiPac5200G-R4 includes pre-configuration & delivery (comes with microfilter FOC) at a one off cost of £58.99.
General and support
All services come with a Static IP Address. This can be upgraded to 6 useable FOC on request. Please enquire if further IP addresses are required.
All products and services are subject to availability.
Standard Care is a 40 clock hour fix and applies to 07 Max and 07 Premium. This can be upgraded to Enhanced at £9 charge per month.
Enhanced Care is a 20 clock hour fix but site must have 24 hour access and is included on 07 Gold
If 24 hour site access is not available then fault reverts back to Standard Care

If you use equipment including routers which are not supplied by Zero Seven Telecom then our front line support team may only be able to go so far in fault diagnostics. If you have both service and equipment from Zero Seven then we can advise on all related scenarios.
